Vice President for the European Region of the International Vocational Education and Training Association (IVETA), and appointed ambassador of the Republic of Malta to Finland and Estonia

Dr Kenneth Vella was appointed by the European Commission as a member of the Expert Group on Education and Training In Sport, appointed as a member of the Board of Studies within the Faculty of Education at the University of Malta and appointed Chairman of the Quality Assurance Committee within the National Commission for Further and Higher Education. Dr Kenneth Vella has been collaborating with Finnish and Estonian educational entities for the past nine years.
