Zoe has been involved in international education at the secondary level for over 15 years, starting her journey in South India before moving to Central Switzerland. She has been involved in curriculum and examination design for the International Baccalaureate organisation and led and designed workshops for teachers. Zoe is currently involved in learning about the Compassionate Systems Framework developed at MIT by Peter Senge and Mette Böll in whose aim is to teach systems awareness and socio-emotional intelligence.
